Breathing and surfing have a lot in common. You don’t always know what’s coming, but you can learn to ride the waves, just as you can learn to ride your emotions and sensations in your body and mind.
Conscious breathing is about controlling the way you deal with whatever comes your way. It helps us become aware of ourselves, our patterns, and release the tension stored in our bodies. It’s an invitation to welcome yourself into the energy of the circle, to breathe into your thoughts, emotions, feelings, and physical sensations, and to allow yourself to feel it.
It’s okay to fall or not to look great. To feel it is to heal it. Our foundation is safety. We guide you and are there for you and your needs in the moment. We also offer intuitive bodywork and massage to help you breathe deeper or release.

We’ll explore minimal and maximal breathing and everything in between. We’ll also share ways to control your breath not only during the session but also in day-to-day life, offering a simple hack into your state.
