Ignite your energy for the day by starting it with a walk on the beach – feel your feet in the sand and the sound of the sea.
During this Mindful Walk workshop we pay attention to our breathing and we become aware of what is going on and experience the tranquility of the environment. Together we do various exercises, such as making and walking a labyrinth using what we find on the beach. And most of all we have fun.
After this workshop you will be wonderfully relaxed and with new energy. A nice introduction to Mindful walk.
