Following the Waves:
Using the beautiful sea as a source of inspiration, we will connect with the flow of water during this Vinyasa flow. We will follow our breath waves into fluid movements, guiding us to find more freedom.
Rising Like the Sun:
During this Vinyasa flow, we will invite our inner sunshine and the feeling of joy to arise. We will start our practice close to the earth and take the time to awaken our bodies. From there, we will, step by step, rise all the way up.
