As a certified pilates and E-RYT-500 certified yoga teacher Heleen Esser will lead you through an all level pilates fusion class. The class will include core exercises, balancing poses, breathwork and a short meditation. Without a strong core, flexible and balanced body, the body and its extremities don’t work properly. By firing up the core and the rest of the body you will be able to beat the waves, ready for some good dancing and sleeping in a tent!
