You will learn how to feel embodied and empowered by following in the rhythm of your own energy. In this workshop we go beyond the limited information that high school biology books offer, and discuss how our emotions and bodies fluctuate during the menstrual cycle. With knowledge from science, yogic exercises, dance, storytelling and breath-work, we will dive deep into body literacy. Body literacy is a comprehensive understanding of the body, this workshop has a focus on the pelvic floor and womb space. Expect themes like sex, mental health, confidence and productivity. It is a safe space to listen and share experiences that are often ignored or stigmatised.
