Relax and Flex with Slow Flow Yoga
“Yoga away your worries of the day!” Come unwind, find your calm and restore your physical balance. We will do gentle flowing movements, breathing exercises and a guided meditation to find our moment of inner peace. We will release physical tension from the body and improve flexibility. You will leave “zen” and ready for the festival! All levels are welcome. 🙂
