Suppen stands for ‘stand-up paddle’. You stand on a large surfboard and use a long paddle to move the board. Because you constantly have to balance on your shelf, you use all your muscles to remain standing.

Pilates is a movement method where you train your deepest muscles in a controlled manner. You work on balance and a straightforward and healthy body. SupPilates gives an extra dimension. You do all the exercises on the board and therefore have to work extra on your balance. Not just a hefty workout, but also a lot of fun.
