We will teach you protocols and exercise to enhance your mobility, coordination, stability and strength. It is all body weight so you wil be able to do this anywhere and any time. The flow surf movement is matched to your specific level and abilities.
We will explore basic upper and lower body surf movements designed to strengthen your muscles, tendons, joints, and the nervous system. This is an eye-opener for both exercise beginners and seasoned athletes.
