Thus the big question in this practice will be “how are you today and right now in this moment?” Angie is an enthusiastic and well taught teacher and will guide you with your breath in your movements. She believes that through movement you can learn a lot from your body. A flow that will move from good to challenging to relaxing. A connection with your body, yourself and your breath is guaranteed.
