Lisa Ploeger

Raw country pop with a pinch of Irish folk and stories from the heart. That is what Lisa Ploeger’s music is all about. The musician from Drenthe has already played with her rootsy music at the Liberation Festival Drenthe, Eurosonic Noorderslag and in Paradiso. In addition, she toured with the Popronde in 2022 as one of the most booked acts and was in support for Tim Knol and the North Netherlands Orchestra. In the fall of 2022 she released her debut EP Dear Diary, an EP that takes you on a journey through her life starting – from growing up as a little girl in a musical family to the struggles of the corona crisis, leaving toxic people and finding love. The EP also includes the previously released singles ‘Waves’, ‘Don’t Let Me Drown’ and ‘Different Dimensions’. All three managed to attract the attention of the Northern Dutch media, where they all also appeared in the Noord 9 of RTV Noord. As icing o the cake, ‘Waves’ was picked up by NPO Radio 2!
