After five years of working in an Indian restaurant and seven months of widening their culinary horizons in Asia, Robbie and Manon fell in love with Indian cuisine. They share this love and passion by coming to Surfana Festival with their food truck. Sergeant Pepper makes Indian food with its own twist. How do we do that? We make everything ourselves, from spicemix to pickle, from curry to kulfi. We only work with fresh ingredients and preferably with honest & seasonal products.
