Vacancy – Volunteer Coordinator

Surfana Festival, rooted in surf culture, thrives on community and connection. We are seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to lead, manage and develop our volunteer program alongside the festival leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the volunteer program, including recruitment, scheduling, and community events.
• Acting as the key liaison between volunteers and festival teams.
• Ensuring a smooth volunteer experience before, during, and after the festival.
• Running post-festival evaluations and improving the program for future editions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Passionate about community-building and teamwork.
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable engaging with volunteers and partners.
• Experience in event coordination or volunteer management is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and project management tools.
