Surfana started as a surf school in Zandvoort but quickly grew into a collective.

Our philosophy is to live happily, fully enjoy life, and share this lifestyle with others. We bring this to life during Surfana Festival. A weekend full of love and passion for the good life, celebrating our way of living and inspiring others to choose a life based on happiness.

Surfana Festival takes place at Camping De Lakens, Zeeweg 60, 2051 EC, Overveen. Right in the dunes, close to the sea!

Surfana Festival 2025 will take place on September 12, 13, and 14!

For those living nearby or with a camping ticket, there’s a pre-party on Thursday evening, September 11, to kick off the festival weekend in style!

Campervan tickets are only valid for campervans (vehicles that are not towed or carried by another vehicle).

A campervan is not a caravan or a car without a basic camping setup like a bed. Rooftop tents attached to the top of a vehicle are welcome.

With a weekend ticket, you can bring your own food and drinks to consume at your tent or campervan. Cooking is only allowed on small camping gas stoves (no open fires or barbecues). Please don't bring your own food into the festival grounds, where you'll find plenty of food and drinks available.

Most of the festival site is wheelchair accessible, with MIVA toilets and dedicated viewing platforms at Lucy's Stage and the Main Stage. For any questions or special needs, please contact festival@surfana.com. We gladly assist and support you where possible to make it possible for you to join Surfana Festival.

As a volunteer, you will be scheduled for approximately two six-hour shifts, depending on your availability and the shifts that need to be covered.

Tickets will be available for download 48 hours prior the event to prevent fraud. Access them via the 'Download tickets' button in your confirmation email.

Please contact De Lakens if you want to stay at the campsite before or after Surfana Festival.

STEP 1 go to the order status page of your order. You can reach it by opening the confirmation email of your ordered tickets and clicking the ‘Download tickets’-link.

STEP 2 scroll down until you come across the ‘Can’t attend anymore?’ box. Here, you can click" Sell on TicketSwap" and you will be automatically redirected to TicketSwap.

During the festival, spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you want to share a spot with your friends or family, make sure to arrive together so you can be placed close to each other.

You can rent Surfboards at Mifune - We rent them out in a first come, first serve basis for a small fee.

Kids up to 5 years old enter for free. Kids aged 6-17 need a kids ticket and must be accompanied by parents.

A campervan ticket is valid only for the vehicle, not for individuals, so each person in the campervan must also have a festival weekend ticket. Campervans are defined as self-driving vehicles with at least one bed (no caravans, towed vehicles, or unmodified vehicles). Pop-up roof tents are allowed if attached to the van. A maximum of six people are allowed per campervan, each with a full weekend ticket.

We’ve noticed an increase in tickets being resold through third parties. If you’d like to place a large order, please contact us at: festival@surfana.com.

A campervan ticket does not include festival access.

You need to purchase a separate festival weekend ticket for each person in addition to your campervan ticket.

Day tickets and multi day combo tickets are not valid in combination with a campervan ticket. 

All weekend tickets include camping. If weekend tickets are sold out please check our official resell partner ‘TicketSwap’.

Please do not buy un-authorised third party tickets, we cannot guarantee your access if your ticket is not purchased from our official partners. You cannot camp on the festival campsite with day, or a combo-day tickets.

• Access to festival workshops – These must be booked separately.
• A campervan ticket – You’ll need to purchase this separately (a discount is available). Please note that campervans cannot park at the crew camping.

We offer a wide range of kids' workshops and an extensive free kids' program.

Not at all! All workshops are held in sheltered areas, so they’ll go on regardless of the weather. Just remember to bring a sweater or sunscreen based on the conditions.

Yes, you can join most workshops. Please send us a short mail to festival@surfana.com to make sure we can meet your needs.

Most workshops are in English. If all participants & the workshop host speak Dutch, the workshop can be held in Dutch.

Workshops can be booked online starting at the end of June. Due to high demand, we recommend reserving your spot in advance. Last spots will be available at the festival info point on a first-come, first-served basis. Online booking closes Thursday, September 11th, at 12:00.

Surfana Festival offers 60+ workshops focusing on an active lifestyle, learning new skills, or trying something new. Find the full workshop program here.

The exact location of your workshop will be in your booking confirmation. On-site, check the map and timetable for directions or visit an info point for assistance. Workshops are held at various spots across the campsite, beach, and festival grounds.

We offer some free workshops, but most require a small fee and need to be booked in advance.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the workshop. Just log into the booking system or use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel your workshop.

All materials, such as yoga mats, needed for the workshop will be provided. You are welcome to bring any personally desired equipement along with you. Do you get cold quickly? Bring an extra blanket to stay cozy and enjoy the workshop. Are you joining a yoga class? Put on your sweat-, or yoga pants instead of Jeans.
