Led by Djai, an experienced (neuro)psychologist and expert in ACT, trauma, and addiction, this session will give you practical tools to navigate your thoughts and emotions more effectively. Djai is also the founder of Ripple Surf Therapy, where he combines psychology with the healing power of surfing, and the Clinical Director of Microdose Pro where he uses his expertise for those that are looking into how to level up their lives with psychedelics.
