They’re back! After winning our hearts (and taste buds) last year, Pannenkoekenhuys den Potsenmaeker is returning to Surfana Festival – and we couldn’t be happier.

Baking traditional Dutch pancakes since 1979, these legends have taken their craft around the world since 2004 – from the Fringe Festival in Australia to Best Kept Secret closer to home. Now they’re back at Surfana with their iconic food truck, and they’re bringing the magic once again.

And because Surfana isn’t Surfana without getting hands-on, we’ve asked them to teach you how to flip pancakes like a true Dutch pro. Step into the truck, pour your batter, and learn the tricks of the trade from the masters themselves.

Bake your own pancake, flip it like a champ, and enjoy it hot and fresh in the sunshine. Proud of your creation? You should be – showing off is totally allowed.
