Right next to the beautiful Patagonia Worn Wear repair station, you’ll find a small but special corner of Surfana: Good, Thanks Surfboards. This is not your average surf rental. It’s a sharing station where you can borrow and lend unique, hand-shaped boards—crafted with care, creativity, and a whole lot of love for the ocean.

Founded by Jurriaan and Antoine in the heart of Rotterdam, Good, Thanks shapes and repairs surfboards with a deep commitment to sustainability. They’re currently pioneering the Verdure construction technique (in collaboration with Verdure Surfboards in New Zealand), using natural materials like cork, wood and hemp fiber instead of fiberglass and resin. These boards not only emit 50% less CO₂ during production—they also last longer, flex better and ride like a dream.

Whether you’re gliding through mellow festival waves or just want to try something new under your feet, this is your chance to experience eco-conscious craftsmanship in motion.
