You’ll learn what happens inside you during a breath hold, and how techniques like relaxation, focus and controlled breathing can help you move your limits—without force, and always with awareness.

Through practical exercises and clear explanations, you’ll discover how powerful your body truly is, and how freediving is as much about mindset as it is about lungs. It’s not about going deep into the ocean—it’s about going deep within yourself.

About the facilitator: The workshop is led by Bas Mensonides, Freediving instructor and breath coach. Raised on a houseboat, he has a lifelong bond with water and a deep passion for breath. His teaching style is calm, clear, and accessible to everyone.
