Yoga: Shake it Off & Relax

This shake it off & relax yoga session is your Nervous System Recovery workshop!

Ready to really unwind? This 90-minute session is all about releasing stress and coming home to your body. We’ll start with TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) — simple, natural movements that help you shake out stuck tension and calm your nervous system from the inside out. Then, we’ll slow it all down with deep Yin Yoga and a soothing guided meditation — melting the body, steadying the mind, and leaving you grounded, clear, and light.
