Kids Programme presents “The Good News Network”

Free Program

In honour of the ten year anniversary of Surfana festival, we are going to connect our youngest visitors with the oldest stories and make new memories together.
The kids club transforms into the GNN (Good News Network) Headquarters where kids can be news hunters and collect the best stories and adventures from the festival terrain.
They can make their own costume and microphone and will be send out on quests and tasks over the terrain. All news will be collected and broadcasted at the ‘18.00 journaal’.

Craftsclub✨

Help and build the decor of the News studio like a weather station and a big cardboard television. Or craft a microphone/ camera and outfit so you can go hunting for stories.

Newshunt✨

A scavenger hunt for all ages where you go out and find stories, maybe even with your own camera crew.

Deep See Experience✨

A deep dive-school, but we stay on dry land. No need to bring your swimsuit. Put on your goggles and breath in… and out. A nice meditative activity exploring the world around us with new playful eyes. Nice activity for parents and kids together and just takes about 15 minutes to kickstart your day.

Over Pickeling (workshop)✨

No waste cooking show with Sas. She will show you all about Pickeling and turning your vegetable scraps into magic. We will use the scraps and jars from the festival and campsite so you only need to bring you washed hands (and a parent if you are not allowed to use a knife yourself)

18.00 journaal✨
We record the News in the studio at 17.00. You can join as camera kid , news anchor or weather kid or just as audience and bring your parents.
