After a short explanation about the do’s and don’ts of wild picking we get started with a tasting of various components of ‘wild’ cocktails & mocktails. Follows: syrups, shrubs, essential oils, teas and liqueurs etc. Then we will get to work to mix your own cocktail or mocktail and you will get your homemade shrub (which is a base of a cocktail made of vinegar, sugar and wild herbs/flowers/plants) to take home.
